Ryan and the team were excellent! They installed laminated boards in our apartment that we are renovating. They look amazing! We're so happy with how they look and the service that was provided. Worst people to deal with, come and see our flooring and I guarantee you won't use them. A huge let down, happy to post pictures but it will make my wife even more upset. Be warned

Excellent customer service. The staff were knowledgeable, honest, and respectful - and we were given a great deal on the blackbutt engineered timber flooring for our apartment. We had initially gone into the other (competing) flooring warehouse next door ('Timber flooring clearance centre'), but were extremely un-impressed - the staff answered the phone three times in the middle of talking to us so we never got the information we needed. We ended up deciding to just leave instead of hang around and wait for the third phone call to finish. Very glad that we ended up going to LBT instead.

had tiles replaces with pre finished spotted gum. Service was fantastic with great advice on preparing the sub floor so ready for the hardwood . the installers arrived on time and completed the laying of the timber in one day. They also helped in completing the sub floor which was not part of their responsibility. The floors look great the whole process from start to finished was painless. The team at LBT was helpful and was a pleasure to deal with. The spotted gum flooring has changed the complete look of the house to a professional finish.
