About us

Excellent service from Wilson at the LB Timber. Extremely pleased with the installation and product. Highly recommended.

We used the spottedgum enginered floorboards from the LBT store. Wilson was extremely helpful and full of great advise if you are laying them yourself.Great quality and price. Would definatly recommend!!

Just had new floors installed. Great quality timber, good price, excellent service.

I am so glad to be helped by Wilson, the boss of LBT in Springvale. He is very knowledgeable, professional and best of all, gave a very reasonable quote. He helped supervised the removal and installation of my flooring, plastering and painting of my property when I was away and video called me on the progress.

The people at LBT are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are a family-run business and very knowledgeable in the industry. From very friendly customer service to final delivery and installation of our timber flooring have all been fantastic. As a customer and architect myself, I would say that the quality of their engineered hardwood flooring are top notch. Wilson’s recommendation of using Grey Iron Bark flooring to suit the contemporary styling against raw concrete finish is incredible.Highly recommended to anyone seeking very good quality, locally sourced and milled hardwood at good competitive price.

I’m so happy with LBT, highly recommend!! Very impressed with service , quality and the price . The teams arrives on time and job was done professionally which is clean all the mess , neat and tidy . Thanks to the owner Wilson and the teams

Amazing customer service, would recommend to everyone and will use again. Great range of laminate flooring, found the colour we had searched for from many other places and couldn’t get. Was available within a short time and is exactly what we wanted. Staff at Springvale and Coburg all wonderful to deal with.

Great customer service, excellent workmanship all at a great price! They finished on time and cleaned up each night. Thank you LBT for making it so easy!

Ryan and the team were excellent! They installed laminated boards in our apartment that we are renovating. They look amazing! We're so happy with how they look and the service that was provided. Their showroom was the only one that provided a wide range of samples laid out so you could see what you were buying. Would highly recommend checking these guys out. Thanks LBT!

Worst people to deal with, come and see our flooring and I guarantee you won't use them. A huge let down, happy to post pictures but it will make my wife even more upset. Be warned

Excellent customer service. The staff were knowledgeable, honest, and respectful - and we were given a great deal on the blackbutt engineered timber flooring for our apartment. We had initially gone into the other (competing) flooring warehouse next door ('Timber flooring clearance centre'), but were extremely un-impressed - the staff answered the phone three times in the middle of talking to us so we never got the information we needed. We ended up deciding to just leave instead of hang around and wait for the third phone call to finish. Very glad that we ended up going to LBT instead.

had tiles replaces with pre finished spotted gum. Service was fantastic with great advice on preparing the sub floor so ready for the hardwood . the installers arrived on time and completed the laying of the timber in one day. They also helped in completing the sub floor which was not part of their responsibility. The floors look great the whole process from start to finished was painless. The team at LBT was helpful and was a pleasure to deal with. The spotted gum flooring has changed the complete look of the house to a professional finish.

Fantastic service and excellent prices. Thank you for your expert advice and guidance in choosing the right flooring to suit our needs.
