How to order online?
To place an order, simply browse our online store and add the desired items to your shopping cart. Proceed to the checkout page, where you'll enter your shipping and payment details.
Once confirmed, your order will be processed, and you'll receive a confirmation email.
We don't set a minimum quantity of goods required for online orders, however delivery charge will be a minimum of 1 pallet, and it cost $330 AUD including GST. Every additional pallet will cost $100 + GST.

Use our shipping cost calculator to estimate how many pallets (in shipping tiers) you cart will be packed, and its total cost.
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and other secure online payment gateways. We are working on enabling BNPL services like AfterPay or ZipPay soon.
Order & Returns
We process all online orders with priority and aim to dispatch from 3 ~ 7 working days. Once dispatched, it will arrived at your shipping address on the same day.
By default we ship to Metropolitan Melbourne within 7 days from confirmation of order. Delivery to regional Victoria and interstate may be possible. Kindly contact us by enquire form or call +61 432 114 452 for a quotation.
Alternatively, Click & Collect from our Heidelberg West warehouse is free of handling charge, and we usually process your online order within 4 hours.
Our return & refund policy allows you return & refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are in re-saleable condition.
General rules are,
• A 20% restocking fee applies to all products where costs are incurred to return goods to stock.
• Custom-manufactured products cannot be returned for credit under any circumstances.
• The customer (you) will be responsible and liable for return freight.
• Refunds will be processed to your nominated bank account.
Please note: Our products are stored undercover and cannot be returned if they have been exposed to weather.
For exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
